The setup instructions are very simple:

Download and unzip the archive.
Run the warpack_wot.exe file
Enter the received (paid) key.
Specify the path to the worldoftanks.exe file located in the game folder. (To do this, click on the button as shown in the screenshot below)
Click "Start Word of Tanks"
After entering the hangar, you will see the WARPACK sign at the top left.
